2025 Washington State East Meets West Gathering

The 2025 Washington State East Meets West Gathering at Lincoln Rock State Park will be held May 15, 16, 17, 18, 2025. You can book your stay for May 15, 2025 beginning August 15, 2024 through Washington State Parks reservation system. The sites fill up fast so if you can’t book right away just keep checking the State website as there’s always cancellations

There will be a Google sheet link soon. It will have all the event information and the site sheet to fill out so we all know who’s coming and which site they’re in.

2025 is our ninth annual Gathering. My team and I look forward to seeing you at Lincoln Rock! Safe travels!

We've booked site A-1 again. Hoping it won't be quite so windy in that spot this time, but the tree kept the trailer from getting too warm for our adventure kitty (who will be a more seasoned camper by next year).
