Twisted Strings on Front (Kitchen) Shade/Screen

Front window shade/screen on my 2018 T@AB 320S is sticking and hard to move. Looked inside the channels and noticed unlike my side windows, the white and black strings are crossed. How do I uncross them? Was going to take off the window but only see screws at the top of shade/screen not the bottom. Can you take out the adjusters at the ends and uncross them that way somehow.

The bottom screws are hidden in the pleats on the bottom of the shade.

I wish I knew how to uncross the strings. I just took the assembly apart and couldn't manage to get the strings moved, and it was a nightmare to put back together. I'm just going to buy a new assembly, but there's not one listed on the Nucamp site; they only have the screens for the side windows.

I think the only way the strings can be twisted is if one of the strings slipped out of its catch and would need to be re-strung. It would be strung the same way as the side window. Remove the entire shade assembly and then take a look at the side ones from the outside, you should be able to see the strings and the paths they are strung on.
