FOR SALE: 2022 NuCamp TAB 320S Boondock w/ Upgrades - Immaculate Condition

Well – it has come time to move on from our beloved 2022 TAB 320 Boondock. It has been fantastic in every way, and was a major step up from the TAG we had previously. But I’ve decided to pursue building out a van for next year, so the TAB has to go.
Condition is immaculate – near or very near the same condition when we purchased in March 2023. We’ve owned it for just under 2 yrs and it has been on a handful of trips, but none more than ~3-4 hrs from home. Very low miles – I would guess under 5000.
Everything works as it did from new.

Two important additions.
1. NuCamp service center in Sugar Creek added a MaxxAir 10spd fan w/ remote. Game changer over the OEM fan, includes electric open/close and can be run in the rain.
2. Battery has been moved inside under the passenger bench, and upgraded to a 100Ah LiTime lithium battery, along with a Victron smart shunt. The smart shunt pairs through the Victron app and shows you batter capacity along with the stock Victron solar controller output. This leave extra space in the front tub for storing other items. Additionally - the under-bench mounting includes a second slot for an identical Li-Time 100Ah battery, that would bring the total capacity to 200Ah. IF - someone had interest in additional battery capacity and purchased the second 100Ah battery from Amazon, etc. I would install for free.

I also added a custom 8020 front rack setup, primarily to hold my bike. I can include the fork/wheel mounts if desired for additional cost, but it’s a pretty specific mounting type. The 8020 rack was useful for general attachment of other items as well.

Sale includes a Classic Accessories cover, coupler lock, wheel lock, shore power cable w/ 120AC adapter, and a 10 ft. sewer hose for the grey tank.

Asking $25,000 and located in Pittsburgh, PA. I am willing to meet within ~half day’s drive or so for a serious buyer.

Currently have an RV loan through Truist Bank – but it is a very easy process to do a payoff at the physical bank branch and receive the title (did this when we sold our TAG a handful of years back). Additionally – Truist may be able to help with financing directly, but anyone interested would have to reach out to them directly.

High resolution photos are available on my Google drive at the link below.

If anyone wants to see something specific or has any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
