Custom Cushions

I have a 2021 320S...and love my camper.  I boondock camp alone a lot, but do get out with my wife quite often as well.  In both cases, I/we like the twin bed set-up.
I know there are a lot of posts regarding twin bed modifications, but I'm not sure I've seen anyone that has replaced the original bottom cushion with a single, wider cushion.  
Being a 2021, I can just pull out the sliding platform to any width (30" seems about right to me).  However, instead of filling the resulting gap with a second, narrow cushion....I'd prefer to use a single, 30" wide cushion that I could leave in place while traveling with my wife. 
I'd like to get two, bottom cushions:  30" deep x 32" long (standard length).  
I will check with Nucamp to see if I can purchase 'customized' cushions from them.  I am also going to try a marine supplier near my home.  In case I strike out, does anyone have any experience with custom cushions on-line or otherwise?  If possible, I'd actually prefer a faux leather material that would be more resistant to water and staining.

We sleep front to back with our feet under the cabinets in our '21 320S. The twin beds are great. We chopped up a wall cushion on our 2021 320S. Gives me a 32" wide by 78" long solo bed which is made up all the time (so I don't need any wall cushions on that side) and a 25" wide twin on the other side when we're both camping with a 14" wide isle down the middle. No more climbing over each other and easy to get in and out of bed without disturbing the other. We have 3" thick memory foam camping pads (32" and 25" wide x 75") we use on each side over the cushions that we roll up under the cabinets when not being used.

Hi, We do the same as @SLJ but with a 8” aisle in between.  Gives a nice wide bed on both sides.

Outdoor Fabric Central out of Florida makes custom cushions and covers.  I never have used them for this service, as I do it for myself, but do buy Sunbrella fabric and supplies from them.  They are very good to work with.  You could also check Sailrite.
