Alde will not turn on

I have a 2022 Tab 320 boondock.  The Alde system will not turn on.
I've reset all the breakers.  I replaced the 30 amp fuse.  I've removed and repluged all the wires.  I've check the 75amp [purple] fuse.  The multi purpose fuse includes the lights and they are working. I am not sure what else to do.

Just to clarify, you are on shorepower with the battery switch on or off?  It will not power up the control panel on battery either?  You checked/replaced the fuse on the top of the Alde and the circuit fuse in the fuse box?

I just read a thread where someone ended up blowing the Alde fuse on top of the Alde as they had removed their battery.  You may want to check that again.

@2WoodsyOnes, we have a '24 400 Boondock and had a similar problem with an apparent dead Alde control panel by the door. Just by chance I happened to notice a loose wire from the Alde Flow to the circuit on the top of the Alde. If you have the Alde Flow installed, look through this thread. Best of luck solving the issue!

Thanks for the input.  I haver tried with and without shore power.  Would it do any good to power dsown the batteries for a complete restart?

I replaced the fuse in the green sleeve on the top of the unit and the 75 purple "Car" fuse .

The problem may not be right at the Alde unit but perhaps at the control panel on the wall. You haven't mentioned whether you've popped it off the wall to check for loose power and communication cables at the back.

@2WoodsyOnes - I would follow Bill&Suze’s suggestion.  If you find nothing, it looks like you may need a new circuit board.  I would call Truma/Alde and have them trouble shoot with you.  Some owners have had good success going this route.

I had a similar issue with my Alde system a while back. After resetting breakers and checking fuses, it turned out to be a loose connection in the wiring. I’d suggest double-checking the connections on the unit itself. If that doesn’t help, it might be worth getting a pro to take a look, just to be sure.

    @2WoodsyOnes;

While I don't have any additional advice on "things to check"
These three reference items might help complete your troubleshooting/investigation.

First:  Your 2020 320 has the Alde 3020HE system.  From a user standpoint the main
              differences in a 3010 and 3020 are
+ - +  3020 has one green case 3.5A fuse on the control board
+ - +  3020 only shipped with the digital touchscreen display panel
              + - +  3020 has a high altitude Control Panel mode

Second:  Attached PDF has a simple (homemade) diagram showing how the 120VAC
and 12VDC are connected to the trailer with Fuse locations.
                 Sometimes a diagram helps.

Third:  A video link to an Alde troubleshooting guide showing how to do basic
tests to confirm the Adle is getting 12VDC from the trailer.  Use of a DCV Meter
               (multi-meter) is shown.
