Brand new unit with dead refrigerator

Hi folks, we're new to the forum because our camper is a week old. 2200 mi from home and all was well until we got back to the unit today to find a puddle of water at the base of the five cubic foot fridge in the new tab 360. I'm not up to speed on everything but have some basic knowledge of how things work. The fuse for the fridge is fine. There's AC to the camper. The battery is fully charged because we are at a 30 amp site. There is no light inside the refrigerator. There is nothing responding on the display panel. No blown fuses, no tripped breakers. All other electrical systems seem to work just fine. Any ideas welcome! I'm thinking something somewhere jiggled loose or else the circuit board on the fridge is just faulty? I reached out and left a message to nucamp support we'll see what they say if they get back to me...   Meanwhile I guess I'm looking for recommendations on those little electric coolers people have. Any particular brand people like?
Thanks!
Andy

    Hi,

Sorry to hear this about your new unit…You probably have, but did you look at the manual for the fridge.  The Isotherm 65 in the newer TAB  320s  have an internal fuse that one would not know about w/o the manual.

I have a 2021 400 BDL with the Isotherm 65. It never functioned properly from the first trip. I reached out to NuCamp and Creed gave me a contact to Isotherm. He talked me through several diagnostics, but we couldn't get it to function correctly. He sent me a UPS sticker and I boxed it up and sent it to Isotherm, and they sent me a new unit. Works perfectly to date.  Here's the contact I used, if he hasn't moved on since:

Thank you both for the help! (Our delivery was delayed so we only had the unit three days before departure. I'm not even positive of the fridge model.) I downloaded a PDF manual for the closest model # I could find.
UPDATE: my wife woke up and decided she was going to figure this out. She put her entire palm over the control pad for five seconds and the damn thing came to life! Doesn't answer why it shut off.... doesn't inspire confidence... But we're back on schedule for now

Assuming this model is similar to the ones in older T@bs the interior light is connected directly to the 12V power feed, so your assessment of "the fridge has no power" is likely correct. Keep in mind though that the fridge also requires a ground connection, so the fact that the fuse is intact (how did you check the fuse ? ) does not mean the fridge will work.

As for the question about 12V coolers, really good ones cost a lot of money nowadays (I paid $600 on sale 20 years ago, today the same model is over $1000). Looking at reviews the really cheap ones are hit and miss and often not very rugged. They also look suspiciously similar :) . Once you get to the $500 mark there are good options like Iceco or Dometic.

Great..Sounds like she was a magician in a former life.  Better keep your hats away from her or a rabbit might pop out :)

The fuse i was referring to is the 20a auto style fuse in the power MGMT center, labeled Refrigerator, not an internal fuse.
I do think it's possible that one of the connectors feeding the fridge with 12 volt is sketchy. Tech support was very helpful this morning but also said I should not pull that fridge myself while the unit is under warranty.

The dometic cooler looks great but we're hoping to avoid the need. Kinda broke after buying the camper!

    Thanks again
