Backup Camera question

I have a 2015 Little Guy TAB and am looking to ad a backup camera. I would like to tie the camera into the license plate light, which seemed like the easiest option but am having difficulty in pulling the light out of the body after removing the 2 screws and housing. I am afraid to pull on it too hard for fear of pulling out some of the wiring. Anyone else have issues like this?

Hi ,
As an option you can tie a wire into the 12V position in the trailers junction box. I ran the power wire under the trailer to the box. You can drill a very small access hole and use a water tight grommet. You can caulk to make it water tight. My junction box had access points for additional wires you punch out and no drilling was required for a new hole.2025 360 CS
