New flooring: A NuCamp recall, the flooring is replaced with a light gray material. Matches the interior better than the original floor.

Underfloor repairs: Plywood under floor was inspected, the section under the kitchen was replaced with Asdel.

Alde heat: System inspected, flushed, and refilled with Romax by a certified Alde repair center.

Tires: All new tires including the spare. They have been on for less than 1000 miles. They are load range D and balanced.

On-board EMS: Progressive Industries 30amp EMS installed inside the trailer.

Air conditioner: Upgraded to Frigidaire with a thermostat. More comfort and quieter too.

Charging upgrade: Original 1amp USB A charging ports replaced with 6amp USB A and C smart ports with an off switch.

Kitchen faucet upgrade: Original plastic faucet replaced with a brass faucet.

Lavatory faucet upgrade: Original lavatory replaced with a smaller faucet and soap dispenser. Original faucet included in the sale.

Aerodynamic nose: Custom made wood and fiberglass increasing storage. Trailer tows much smoother and increases fuel mileage. Original nose included.

Sound system upgrade: Original plastic speakers replaced with 6.5in Pioneers. Watching movies or listening to music, the sound is much more clear and defined.

Better Table: Original small table replaced with a larger natural pine table. Large enough for 4-person dining or playing a board game. Original small table included.

Kitchen TV: Removed, but included in sale; may be installed on request.
