2018 T@B 400 $15,000, Reduced! Central FL Area

Priced low because I recently discovered that the following repairs are needed:
1 - The air conditioner needs to be replaced. I got a quote for parts and labor just under $2000 from Gerzney's RV World, Lakeland, FL. (if you can DIY, will save some money!)
2 - The bathroom fan needs to be replaced. I assume would be $300 or less for similar model basic fan installed.
3 - Water leaked into the cabinet under the sink, creating some water stains but nothing soft or rotten. Just cosmetic inside the cabinet.

I've added/upgraded:
- Goodyear Endurance tires April 2023
- Axle bearings service April 2023
- Victron SmartShunt w/bluetooth
- Renogy AGM battery 200Ah January 2023
- Dual Propane Rack
