T@B 320S Boondock fresh water tank overflow goes onto the belly

I have a 2022 T@B 320S Boondock. When I fill my fresh water tank to overflow, as recommended, the overflow goes onto the belly and not onto the ground. So there is a pool of water on the belly. I can drain this by lowering the hitch and the pool flows out the front. This does not seem appropriate as towing with a pool of water on the belly might collapse the belly, or it might become stagnant, and further I can't readily tell when the freshwater tank is completely full. It would seem like the overflow should have a tube of some sort around or through the belly. The dealer says this is no big deal. Any thoughts?

Absolutely disagree with your dealer.  There is no way that water should be allowed to collect inside the belly cover.  Is this a Nucamp dealer?  You might want to look for another service provider if possible.

There should be a "spout" that sticks out from under the coroplast cover that allows the water to drain out under the trailer.  Crawl under the trailer and see if you can find an un-occupied hole down there and see the little "spout".  It is usually "blue".
Added to the list of "unreal things dealers say".
There are other dangers here of not being able to see the overflow.  In essence, the "overflow" is actually a vent: air is displaced by water filling the tank, and that air needs somewhere to go.  There have been several reports of the vents being clogged by insects, etc, which prevented the air from escaping the tank.  This caused the tank (plastic) to simply expand like a balloon.
If you cannot see the vent, how are you supposed to know the tank is full? And, who is saying it is "recommended" to fill the tank until water comes out of the vent?  After seeing the reports of clogged vents and damage to trailers because of it, I think it would be important to be able to "feel' the air coming from the vent to make sure it isn't clogged before continuing to fill the tank.
Take some pictures under your trailer and lets see if we can sort out where the "spout" is supposed to be.

Be cautious of topping the water tank to full as the grey tank is smaller than the water tank.
I had the unpleasant experience of filling the grey tank full and it backed up into the shower pan.
Now when I fill the water tank full. I bleed off the grey tank every few days.
Not sure why NuCamp did this.

Thank you all for your helpful comments on this. I will take the trailer back to the dealer where I bought it and try to get this resolved.
