Very lightly used Walker tent for T@B-320.  Some accessories (curtains and related hardware) still in factory packaging.  Very good condition with no damage.  Some light soiling on bottom skirt. 
More than we need or use for our traveling/camping style.
100% of original materials included: trailer bottom skirt,  tent stakes, elastic tie-down cords, velcro straps, owners manual, storage sacks...
