Does anyone else have trouble disengaging and engaging the front wheel on the trailer? I don't seem to have room to pull it off or put it back on without a jack. It just doesn't crank high enough to get it upright to attach. Any suggestions?
There has been a thread or two about this as I recall - not recently though. You might try a search to see what you find. It hasn't seemed to be any kind of reoccurring topic though.
I kind of remember the thread as I have a Jack-E-Up...I might have been the one to suggest it as I've had mine for almost a year. That would be a solution.
We ran into this same scenario this last weekend. Our site sloped downward, so there was no way to get the wheel attached. I had bought a flat foot, though, so simply attach and lift the trailer off of the TV. The tongue ended up being only about six inched off of the ground. The only drawback to this is not being able to move the trailer once unhitched. There is still plenty of movement to allow hitching up again. It's a cheap optional attachment for when you need it.
When I hit one of those type sites, I use my leveling blocks to raise either the TV or the T@B depending on the slope. In your case it would be the TV.
