BMS Reset?

Hi guys, I've got a 2021 320s Boondock, recently upgraded to lithium (LiTime 230Ah) about four months ago.  Everything has been working fine but recently I overdischarged the battery and now when I try to charge it, the voltage peaks at 11.89V.  I suspect that the battery management system is the issue and it may need to be reset.  Any tips on resetting the BMS?  Any other thoughts on why the battery isn't charging?  Thanks in advance!

    Not enough info.

What does "trying to charge it" mean ? Type of charger ? Where are you reading 11.89 V ? Does the battery have Bluetooth monitoring ?

Generally you can not over-discharge LiFePo batteries, the BMS will simply turn the output off before the cells get so low that damage might occur.

What are you trying to charge it with?  In some lithium batteries, if you reach the "low voltage disconnect" the battery may need to be "jump started".  This is a LiTime page about this.  It seems you can simply disconnect the battery completely and let it sit for a bit.
They also suggest using a solar controller and panel to effectively "jump" the battery.  What device are you using to attempt charging?

    More info:
The battery is connected to the trailer.  I am plugged into shore power.  I am using a Victron Smart Battery Monitor.
I will try disconnecting the battery for a while and see if that does the trick.  I have a solar controller and could try jumpstarting it that way if the temporary disconnection isn't enough.
    Thanks you guys!
