My wife and I purchased this 2018 T@B 400 teardrop in October 2017 from General RV in Huntley, Illinois.  It has allowed us to spend many wonderful weeks traveling the United States and Canada.  However, at her request we have decided to change our methods of travel and sell our T@B to someone who wants to experience the great outdoors the way we have for the last eight years.

We were novices to the camping world and soon found out that towing a small teardrop trailer is easy and safe.  It allows for agile maneuvering in tight campgrounds and parking lots.  Small campsites are very accessible and backing up is easy to learn.  This RV is well suited for all types of camping from fancy RV parks to boon-docking where no services are available. 

The condition of the T@B is very good and has been maintained according to the manual standards.  Exterior caulking is tight.  The T@B has been garage-housed year around when not in use.  The interior of the T@B is in excellent shape with no stains or tears in the bedding or upholstery.  All doors and windows are secure and screened. This has been a smoke and pet free RV. 

The trailer is outfitted with all the standard features of a 2018 T@B400 but with some new and added modifications as noted:

• Alde 3020 electric/propane heating & hot water heater new in October 2024 with new control panel
• Two-way (AC/DC) under-counter Norcold fridge with new door shelves
• 20 gal propane tank with second propane tank bracket added in front tub
• Four new (2023)  6V 225 Amps AGM Batteries
• Taskmaster Provider ST205/75R15 radial tires new in January of 2021 (about 10,000 miles of use.)
• Dexter electric brakes and bearings and drums new in January of 2021 (about 10,000 miles of use.)
• Electric jack for front hitch added
• Snow chains for trailer tires included
• Renogy 100 amp portable solar panel with outside plug-in for charging while boon-docking added
• Large sun screen that attaches to kedder rail (12’X10’) added
• Bathroom sink upgraded to the new T@B 400 style
• Jack-It bicycle rack (not installed) included
• Draw-Tite trailer brake controller included
• DC 12V Digital wireless monitor and rear camera system added
• Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control 600 lb. TW (not installed) included
• Lug nut and spindle sockets with breaker bar and hydraulic jack and jack stands included
• Plus a bunch of camping and maintenance extras
