T@B 400 Isabella Awning - Never Used

This awning is brand new and has been set up once only for pictures. Awning is in NM, but willing to ship if buyer pays for shipping. Looking for $600. You can estimate cost of shipping (wt - 29 lbs. 8 oz., box dimensions - 48" x 11.25" x 8.5").
Please note that although the label reads 2007-2015, the pictures are the awning installed on a 2023 T@B 400. The only fit issue I noticed is a bit of slack on the 2 front poles that the picture shows. And that is without staking it down.
