Replacement cushion covers for t@b 400

We've had our 2019 t@b 400 for a number of years (purchased it new in 2019) and the oatmeal color bottom cushions in the front seating area are starting to show a bit of wear.  According to nuCamp, the covers can only be clean with a mild soap, hand scrub, air dry for best results.  We do thistwice a year (we are in our t@b about 170days a year.)  Wanted something a different color but still matched the back cushion colors (burnt red) so we contacted Weaver's Upholstery in Ohio; in fact they are just 20-miles from the nucamp factory.  Sent them an email and got a phone call a few days later from a very nice lady.  Very quickly, we were able to order the same burnt red color for the bottom cushions (we ordered the two, we didn't a new cover for the center cushion as we never use it.  They don't do electronic payment, so we mailed them a check for $100 to cover the two bottom cushions and shipping and had the cushions in hand in about a week.  Nice to now have a second set.  The price covered only the cover and shipping, we did not order new foam.

Could you share the email or phone number for Weaver's that you used?
  • I've been full-timing in my 400 for years, and once a year, unzip and throw the cushion covers in the wash.  I've never had any issues putting them back on, and they look brand new with A LOT of use.  Spot cleaning leaves spots.

Fully understand and that was our original plan.  This was the response from nucamp "
Great question. I wouldn't wash them as I believe they are vinyl backed. Here is what we recommend for upholstery care

    Upholstery and Drapes
Draperies, mattress covers, upholstery and wallpads are manufactured from quality materials and should be dry cleaned only. Some dry-cleaning methods will damage vinyl or plastic found on cushions and drapes. Be sure to consult your local cleaners. Frequent vacuuming or light brushes between cleanings will help prevent accumulation of dirt and grime. Use of water based or detergent based cleaners may cause shrinking. Water stains may become permanent. Minor spills should be cleaned up quickly to avoid staining. The affected area should be blotted, not rubbed, to prevent the stain from working deeper into the fabric. On vinyl upholstery, remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner. Wipe the vinyl with a soft cloth and dampen in a solution of mild soap and water. Use the same solution with a soft-bristle brush on more difficult spots. You can also use commercially- available spray or foam-type vinyl cleaners.

    Best Regards,"

Sorry, if my memory serves me right, everything was done over the phone.  They didn't do email etc.  I called and provide the vin number and color and the process went from there.  I think to just get the two bottom cushions replaced (in a different color) was like $50 with shipping and they shipped fast.  I would suggest reaching out to nucamp and I'm sure they have the number.
