It definitely helps. Is it too much trouble to ask you to send a photo of the connection you made to the battery? Did you access it from the outside storage bay or from under the bed? Were you worried at all about drilling that hole in the side of your trailer?

Here's one more with the connections under the sink. I'm a builder/ plumber by trade, so I'm always upgrading from the cheap junk in the rv, to residential quality products. I still use the glass top on the stove for more room, but the sink glass top was just annoying. Good luck and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Here's a picture of what I did. The faucet is replaced by an under counter soap dispenser, and then I added a pull down faucet from HD. I ended up installing two shutoff valves that go from 1/2" m to 3/8" compression to accommodate the existing pex lines, to the new 3/8" compression lines.
