Shower Drain Flange

I have some cracks in the shower drain flange.  Has anyone had to replace this part?
I was told that I had to go through a NUCamp dealership to order the part.  Anyplace else to get part?
Leaving on a trip soon and just now discovered the cracked part.
i have included this picture of the cracked flange.

What year is this?  Is the ring around the metal drain plate a part of that plate?  

These threads go back a ways, but they do show what is under the floor, and how the drain trap and drain sort of wander around under the floor.

There are threads about completely cracked shower drains, and one that shows a crack around the drain itself on the floor of the shower.  That owner seems to have just unscrewed the metal drain cover and replaced it.

I'm sure we have some better plumbers than I am, though.

And, sure enough, this seems to be a standard sort of part.  You just have to sort out the size of the drain.
