Got my replacement for the sagging front blind frame assembly and installed it this morning (very, very easy to do) - The new one has a nifty little feature, a little hook the ties the blind and screen together so they raise and lower together. Love that LG just keeps making little additions/improvements even though it can make it hard to know who has what.

Can this be bought separately for our existing slides/screens?

Don't know if LG makes it available but looks like it just snaps into the aluminum channel on the screen half.

Did you get it through the factory parts area, via Elsie Miller?   If so I would guess that people can buy them by contacting Elsie who's information is located to the RH side of the page in the contact info.

Took the old assembly apart and am stumped by what caused the sag - even though that top frame is plastic, it's not a whimpy part. It's a multi-channeled extrusion and there's no way to bend it back straight with the dip I had.
Thought I might save the actual blinds in case I needed a replacement but the whole thing is just too intricate/complex, I'd never get it all back together. Some engineering went into that thing.
