360 refrigeration fan never shuts off even when unit is off

There is a service bulletin out to fix this issue. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I am having this issue on my 2025 360-CS. Do you have any additional details on the service bulletin?

trying to get a hold of it. I dropped the trailer off at the dealer but don't want to wait forever for resolution. I've e-mailed Nucamp asking for the service bulletin because I have a certified tech who comes to my house to fix RVs. I did turn off the battery disconnect this morning and that shuts it off. It seems like a wiring issue.

The refrig should have its own DC fuse you could pull if you want the rest of the DC devices to continue to work.

Dealer Portal is supposed to have the instructions but my dealer could not find it . Thankfully one of their tech guys had done it before so was able to fix mine. Working now. When frig is off fan is off. I ran the refrigerator in 95 degree heat at home plugged to shore power 1 amp set on the Alde and it cooled great. Freeze even got down to 15 degrees. I hope its that good on battery powerl

Hi, Thank you for posting...just so I'm clear on the issue, when you power of the refrigerator with the soft key pad button, you can still hear the fan running all the time?  Was it constant or cycled on/off?  TY

The fan now only runs when the compressor is running and temporarily shuts down when the compressor rests. I was in 100 degree weather yesterday all day and the frige not only kept cool the freezer section held ice cream bars like it was at home. Pretty unbelievable. Until we go out for longer periods camping I won't know how much battery it uses. The Arizona sun is so powerful this time of year

Is this on all 360s? I have a 2025 360 Boondock/BlackCanyon. What should I look for? Or just the CS model?
