Powerfill fresh water from a bucket

Hello all,
I made a hose adapter to fill the fresh tank from a bucket. Has anyone actually gotten that to work and what nautilus settting do you use. For me, the pump just runs but nothing happens. I think I have all the air out of the hose.
Any tips would be great.
Thanks

I tried it.  Initially nothing but noticed one of my valves wasn't set correctly.  Once corrected, it was very slow at first but eventually got faster.  Still, overall it seemed like a slow draw to me.  I used a 5/8" garden hose segment.  Seen it work better on YouTube when the person was using a smaller diameter clear tube.

If you want to siphon water from a bucket to your tank using the on board pump, you need to use the "SANITIZE" setting on the Nautilus.
I use a 30 inch piece of 5/8 inch ID hose that reaches the bottom of a bucket set next to the trailer.  The pump empties a 5 gallon bucket in 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.

There’s a screen under the hose connection that can prevent the suction from occurring and water doesn’t flow with the pump on sometimes. Here is a good description of “siphon issues” from DSW adventures: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Atda8xRdG2w&t=189s
(I marked the video at 3:09 but the entire video is great info.)

Thanks all. I got it working. I used the Sanitize setting and made sure the hose was filled with water. The video had a few tips and the one of them was to run the cold water in the kitchen sink. I did that and it worked!
    Cheers
