Three times to the shop within first 6 months

I bought a 2024 TAB 400 in December 2024.  Yesterday was 30 June, 2025 and I took it back today for the third time for warranty work.  The dealer has just been like, ok, we will take care of it.  Their attitude has intimated that this is not an uncommon occurrence.  Is it?
Its is really disappointing after all everyone talks about is the quality of NuCamp.  I am obviously concerned about the selection of RV I made...

I can understand the frustration and concern. My '23 400 has been to the dealer a number of times and I've fixed things myself too. I still believe they are well built, solid and high quality, but yes, disappointing and frustrating when issues occur. I hope all your issues are resolved quickly.

Based on my 5 years with our 2019 400 I would say that over the long run most folks are happy. What you will appreciate over time is how well the overall trailer performs.

We taken our modified 2019 320 Boondock down moderate 4x4 trails and across this country several times and it has held up amusingly well. While we've had a only a few problems, I keep reading about issues from recently built T@B's on this site and a couple of Facebook pages. At the same time, the better cabinets, floor and the wood ceiling have been replaced with less expensive products. A local T@B dealer I spoke with remarked that T@B was no longer T@B. However, the price of these keep rising and some marvelous Australian manufactures have built factories here...

Sharon_is_SAM. Two months in I had a bad roof leak.  A month later I had numerous spots inspected which could have been affected by the roof leak, including the bathroom floor which now creaks badly in one area.  Was told that is was the pan itself, and basically nothing could be done.  Also the ceiling fan area did have a small leak, it came in through the handle.  Discovered that on my first trip out.
Now the solar power has stopped working, in the shop now.  I think the roof leak will haunt me for the duration I own it.  The RV should have been replaced it was obviously a lemon.

@crzTab … you don’t say anything about having contacted NuCamp. You must still be under warranty. If your dealer has determined that there is something structurally wrong with the trailer, it should be covered under warranty. Make sure you contact the factory before the warranty expires.

We bought our 2018 tab 400 new and have had many great adventures in it. The only real problem we have had was with the refrigerator. It never seemed to cool properly. Unfortunately, we waited until after the warranty had expired to contact our dealer about it and ended up having to buy a new refrigerator. The new one has been problem free and cools great. but the fact that we waited means that we had to buy a new refrigerator and pay to have it installed.

My recommendation is to contact NuCamp today.
