On our Tab 400, we can only get Hot water outside

On a recent trip we had only hot water coming from our outdoor faucet. This happened regardless of which handle was in the open position. Has anyone else experienced this and/or have any suggestions of how to restore cold water to the outside faucet?

I could have swore the title of the thread read , "Holy water" 

It sounds like a valve is in the wrong position. If the Nautilus (if you have one) is correct (always double check), check the valves in the plumbing under the bench.
