Beds: One back bed slightly larger than single bed size, can be converted to sofa, two narrow twin beds, or one queen bed

Kitchen: Two-burner stove, hot and cold running water, brand new sink

Climate Control: Air conditioning (can only be used with a full hookup), Alde heating system (can be used with electricity or propane) - The Alde system is the analog type, very easy to use and figure out

Fresh Water Capacity: 10 gallons (approx.)

Gray Water Capacity: 8 gallons (approx.)

Power: 12V deep cycle battery (new 2023), 110V shore power, solar-ready connection (solar suitcase included, plug-in ready)

Exterior: Sturdy metal pull-out step, outdoor shower, electrical outlet on one side

New tires as of August 2023, still have a lot of tread, well under 5,000 miles put on them

Can be pulled with any vehicle that has a tow capacity of 5,000 pounds or more

Safety: Fire extinguisher, smoke/CO2 detectors, safety chains, electric brake

All windows open and close smoothly, all have screens (except for front window).

Good, reliable fan in ceiling, can change direction and speed

Shades are almost totally blackout, in great shape, fully functional

LED lights throughout, will operate on battery or electric, all in perfect condition

The floor is in perfect shape with no soft spots

Storage under sink, under stove, under beds, and in cabinets throughout the trailer

7-prong connector in good shape, also a strong and sturdy electrical cord for hookups, surge protector included

This trailer has permanent plates (PTI), which cost $10 every five years

Registration, pink slip, etc. all free and clear and in my possession

Standard hitch, permanent stabilizer jacks, emergency brake, strong towing chains, removable wheel for moving the trailer

Comes with cover and awning (never used)

The photo showing the speakers and the bed setup is not my photo, but the interior is exactly the same (except for the speakers). 

All decals are easily removable, but the wood-patterned wrap was applied in July 2024 and should last several more years. I purposely did not have the name built into the wrap.

What this trailer does NOT have:

Bathroom and black tank (so no complicated dumping)

Refrigerator (there is room on the counter and a plug for a small electric fridge if desired)

Television or stereo hookups
