Need help getting part numbers. I want to do the repairs myself. The exterior trim needs to be replaced. I was told that I had to purchase via an authorized dealer.
or call "Barb" at (660)-441-2843 - - she handles parts orders.
I have used them a few times and they are great! However, you can use any nuCamp dealer.
The best way to go about getting parts and part numbers is to send them an E-mail message. Be sure to include: your name, address, and phone number; the year and model T@B; the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and date of manufacture - - both are located on a sticker on the front trailer frame, most likely on the driver side. Be sure to specify what you need, the color, and which side of the trailer you need it for. Also, it is very important to include your photos so it is clear what you need.
Missouri Teardrop Trailers (or other dealer) will contact nuCamp to obtain the part number(s) and availability. They will then notify you what the cost is for the part(s) and shipping. If you also need hardware/screws, let them know that, but you can probably use what is already there on the trailer, or purchase some at the hardware store, which will be much cheaper. If you OK the purchase and send them the payment (can do that over the phone), nuCamp will drop ship the part(s) directly to you.
Looking at your photos, if you are handy with repairs, you probably could resecure that piece of black roof trim by drilling new holes through the plastic. You will have to loosen part of the Keder rail (the silver track) so you can push the trim back down behind it.
The @JuanCarVeneGAS, unless those sections of roof trim are actually broken or cracked, you can easily secure them as @Bayliss suggested by removing screws in the keder rail closest to the roof trim flanges that need to be re-fastened, drill 3 or 4 holes through the keder rail in locations that will also pass through solid areas of the roof trim flanges, push the trims down behind the keder rail and secure with new screws the same size as ones now in the keder rail. Oversize new holes in the roof trim flanges to allow a little movement.

Thank you kindly!!!! Bayliss, Bill&Suze for the response. Yes, I can do the repairs and will initiate the process. Has NuCamp developed an alternative design? It seems that a lot of the issues are related to movement from heat/cold. When I build with wood I design for movement of the wood.
