2023 Tab 400 - Water pump light comes on but the pump no longer runs (solved)

Hi,
The water pump and dry camping mode used to work just fine.
On our latest outing, we filled our fresh water tank using the Power Fill setting on the Nautilus.
We turned the Nautilus to Dry Camping Mode.
We turned on the water pump and ran water in the sink.
It started to sputter and then lost flow completely. The pump sound went off.  We shut the pump off and back on again. The light comes on, but the pump makes no sound. There is no water pressure.

I checked the fuse.
I cleaned the filter on the water pump - there was nothing in the screen at all.

Any thoughts on the issue and/or how to diagnose?
Does it sound like the pump needs to be replaced?

    I would confirm you have 12V to the pump.  If you have a multi-meter with pointy ends on the leads, poke them into each of the wires near the pump to confirm you have 12V.  If there's 12V, you need a new pump.  If you don't have 12V, replace the fuse with another one.  If that doesn't fix it, you need to chase the wiring to determine where the break in the wiring is.

    It seems to be 'fixed' for the moment. When trying to insert probes to check power at the water pump it came on! Apparently 1 of the red powers was loose. With a little manipulation it doesn't feel any more secure, but it is working now. Thanks for the suggestion.
