2018 NuCamp TAB 400 located and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

30-gallon fresh water tank, 18-gallon grey water tank, 12-gallon black water tank.

Original AC unit and cover.

New ALDE system (radiant heat, tankless water heater) installed in 2023.

Bearings and exterior maintenance regularly serviced by a mechanic.

Standard TAB 400 features plus new bathroom vent and fan, new style kitchen sink faucet. All features run on a 12V system except the AC. Includes sewer hose, water hose, shore power cord, and NuCamp Welcome Kit.

Interior well cared for: clean, no rips or tears in fabrics, no damage to floors, ceiling, or wood. Cabinets are clean with all screw covers in place. All lights function properly.

Some minor white paint loss on the round cabinet below the sink. Blue stain (toilet deodorizer) on the right side, top shelf in bathroom. Screen door attached and in place but has some string unraveling causing retraction issues.

Bathroom modifications: non-functional sink removed and replaced with wood wall, tile stickers added for decor, curtain trimmed to access shelving while using the shower, original toilet paper holder removed and new holder installed above the window. Water hoses intact and behind the wood panel; all can be removed if you want to add a new sink.
