FOR SALE: 2022 TAB 400 Boondock

I am the original owner of this unit, and decided to sell it to move up to the new nuCamp Haven camper (I am a big fan their quality and designs); as the decision to trade up has been a bit of an last minute one, I am sharing a few pics of the unit that I happened to have taken at different times but because as can be seen in one of the pics the unit is currently covered, it would be difficult for me to take pictures of the inside; that being said, the inside of the unit is exactly as shown on Nucamp's site for the 2022 TAB model:   https://nucamprv.com/tab400-camper-2022/

With all that in mind, here are some key details:

- Model: 2022 TAB 400 Boondock with 100ah lithium battery + the standard equipment (Alde, microwave, 3-way fridge, etc.)
- Condition: Very good; when not camping it is parked in my driveway and covered each winter
- Enhancements: Extra storage tubs from AllPro Adventures ($890), and Maxxfan with remote ($550 installed; replaced the original loud and manual unit)
- Add on: Custom cover ($649) and teak wet both floor ($549), both from AllPro, and front-mounted two-bike carrier that can accommodate bikes ranging from road to fat tire bikes (I ride both); I searched high and low and ended up finding that rack and buying it from a Canadian manufacturer Futura GP ($709.99 US)
- Other considerations: The unit has not been smoked in and no pets; everything is in perfect working order; I am located in Rhode Island and will be happy to show it to anyone who might be interested.
- Asking price: $27,500, includes everything mentioned above
