After six years of full-time use the blade seal, Thetford Part Number 31708, on my Aqua-Magic V toilet in my 2019 T@B 400 started to leak preventing water from staying in the toilet bowl between flushes. Removing the toilet was easy, in part because the toilet is so light compared to a residential toilet. Two hold-down nuts spun off easily and the water supply was hand tight. The toilet slipped out of the floor seal, Part Number 33239, aka "closet flange seal," easily though I could tell that accumulation of crud caused a little resistance, but no damage. I planned to replace the floor flange seal but it was glued in place when nuCamp installed the flange and hold-down bolts to the shower floor. The glue surrounded the floor seal and I didn't want to fight that battle. To my pleasant surprise when I scrapped the crud off of both seals they were in pretty good condition, but I replaced the blade seal anyway and cleaned the blade. That wasn't easy while the blade was still in place in the toilet. The way the toilet is constructed the underside cavity gets splashed with waste so I did some extra cleaning. That was difficult because you have to reach through a small opening to access the area, that includes where the blade seal is installed. Hopefully the captions on the photos explain.
The floor after removal, note the black goop holding the bolts and flange including the flange seal to the floor.

Looking through the fist-size hole in the underside of the toilet upward to the backside of the blade and blade seal, The blade swings over and covers the seal. This is the new seal in place. Just a little effort to pull the old seal out of its seat and push the new one in.

Testing the blade and seal to hold water in the bowel before reinstalling.
