Any suggestion of what works: sleeping bag or sheets/blankets?  Is the dinette side a comfortable bed?

Hi, Obviously there is a bunch of personal preference in one's answer.  We use sheets and comforter.  We don't notice any difference in comfort from either side.  But the use of a topper/pad  would be highly recommended.  The dinette side does have the cushions  cut into  sections so the dinette can be set up (the other side is single piece).  With a mattress topper/pad , you don't feel the split in cushions.  We upgraded the seating cushions for the dinette to a much more dense foam.  The OEM  cushions are a  bit soft.  We roll up the dinette side daily as we enjoy eating breakfast inside.

We have the dinette side made up on a firm topper cushion, with fitted sheet and blanket. That whole "assembly" gets slid across and sits on top of the other side in the morning. Just takes a minute to convert. We find it very good sleeping. The OEM cushion is decent on the full side.

Thanks for your input.  We are considering using sleeping bags which then can be rolled up and placed behind the dinette seat during the day.   But I'm not sure the sleeping bag will be sufficient padding to prevent feeling the split between the cushions.
