Which is the best fan to get to replace the standard Fan-tastic fan?

I acquired a 2025 Tab 400 and sadly did not realize that the standard Fan-tastic fan is ridiculously noisy. It sounds like being in a tornado even in the lowest of the 3 settings. Geez, what a piece of junk. So which would be the best fan to replace it with? And can I do it myself? There must be threads about this but I looked and couldn't find them. Thanks, I appreciate it.

There are a lot of fan threads but most point to the Maxxfan deluxe as the best replacement.
Here is one with good detail :

Maxxair is the best in my option!

MaxxAir Deluxe models have a built in rain cover which is an exceptional feature IMO. There is also a thermostatic mode which is very convenient.

@Trudy when we were at uCamp24 a tech from nucamp came to our campsite and installed a MaxxAir Deluxe fan with a remote for us. It's so quiet and convenient to use. We love it. If you're planning on attending uCamp26 you could make an appointment and have the switch done then. Or if you live not too far from Sugar Creek, OH just make an appointment and get it replaced much sooner.

As mentioned, MaxxAir Deluxe. Multiple speeds, relatively quiet, easy to install and no more worries about rain. Remote is handy too. I had a problem with min when I switched to lithium battery. Ended up installing a small voltage regulator and works perfect ever sense.2018 TAB 320S

I just went with the more basic Maxxfan. I don't need more than four speeds or a remote. Very quiet fan. For the bathroom I used the Maxxfan Low Profile as the ceiling is thinner there, for some reason.Rich2019 T@b 400
