Removal of refrigerator on 2018 T@B320

My refrigerator is dead.  Has anybody removed the refrigerator and installed a shelf on rollers to hold a 12V refrigerator that also plugs in to 110?  I purchased the ICECO Go20 to use in the car while driving and don't really want to leave it outside to plug in to the pedestal.

In my opinion, this is one of the best mods that you can do to an older T@B. Like @webers3 said, you'll find a lot of examples to pick and choose from on this forum.
