Locking the door with key

I am unable to lock my 2026 T@B 360 camper door using the key.  In order to lock the door when leaving the camper, I need to move the level on the inside of the door up to the locked position and then shut the door.  A clockwise turn of the key unlocks the door, but a counterclockwise turn of the key is not able to unlock the door.  Any one else with this issue?

While no direct experience with the TAB 360 . . .

Frequently, RV Door Locking issues are caused by the Door Latches not being in alignment with the door Frame Strike Plate

As a follow up to MuttonChops description, it seems from your description that the dead bolt may be hitting the striker plate while trying tp lock with the key, but when unlocking the key is able to pull the dead bolt out. By lifting the door when inside  you correct for this slight misalignment.  A small adjustment of the striker plate down or a bit of filing if adjustment isn't possible should correct the problem. A bit of lifting the door while locking with the key may also work.

On my 2025 320 I have noticed that the door will close completely, click, and be latched, but if I give it a gentle push from the outside (or pull from the inside) it will click again and be even "more latched" than it was before (by about 1/4 of an inch). Try pushing on the door before you lock it with the key and see if it doesn't pop into place even more.
