Hi there- I've got a broken plastic friction piece for the shade on the stargazer window. Does anyone have a bush fix/repair recommend.

I did a bush fix (nice term). I cut a corner off a plastic wall outlet cover plate. I drilled a tiny hole and screwed it to the window glide. Then I built it up to sort of match the other side using Scotch tape as a frame mold for JB Weld epoxy putty. I made grooves for the cords to keep them in place and to reduce friction. A bush fix. Amazingly, it worked!

FYI these people supply spare parts for the blinds. I bought string and other parts from them. Slow and expensive but they were the correct parts that worked well.Dan Rodabaugh (574) 596-9100Karmen Bracun <karmen@euro-rvparts.com2019 T@B400
