Ceiling tiles- how often do you need to access them?

So I have a Batten the divides the front ceiling tiles from the back and apparently NuCamp will not put it the full length of the width of the trailer because they felt it would give easier access . So of course with vibrations it has slid under the cabinet and left a gap. NuCamp has said I can buy a complete length of Batten but will have to do that on my own.

How many of you access the ceiling tiles? How often ? Inquireing minds want to know.😉

Are you describing the Ceiling Panel Seam Trim Piece ?

I've not read/heard of others having an issue with the trim moving.
Several folks have had issues with the Ceiling Panel adhesive failing which causes the panels to start dropping along the edges.

Those folks generally just carefully apply new adhesive to the panel's upper surface along the edge. Would guess adding as bit of adhesive to the trim will also stop the movement.

@MuttonChops So NuCamp called it a Batten. I would call it a trim piece as you are calling it. The ceiling tiles are not falling down. If others have had an issue with the ceiling panels falling down I could see why NuCamp wants to leave it the way it is. The trim piece has slid under the cabinet and left a 2 foot gap at the other end. If it slides that easily making it completely the width of the trailer but don't stick it so that if indeed you have to reattach the ceiling tiles you would just have to remove it and do what you needed. Vibrations happen in all of our Trailers. Why I believe in using foam dampening material in my cabinets both in and outside of the trailer.

My old teardrop had the doors try to vibrate right off the hinges (piano). The manufacturer wanted me to run the tires at lower pressure to act as shock absorbers.

A 2 foot gap? Not quite clear what's going on here. Pics might help.

NuCamp is aware of the issue but since they do it to all of their campers then they will not warranty it. I am going to buy a section that is the entire Width of the trailer and be done with it.
