Does anyone have any ideas on undercoating a new tag ---company or product to use-----or do I need to?????

I looked under our Tab this fall, after two winters in which we drove twice in the snow, and I found a good bit of surface rust on the Tab's frame and axle parts. I was glad to have caught the surface rust now, because I could treat it with a neutralizer and paint over it. Later would probably have been a problem.

Also, I found the battery/propane box framing had very bad and heavy rust on it, so bad that all the paint was peeling from it. (Little Guy was amazingly responsive when I contacted them about this badly rusting battery box framing, and they sent me a replacement frame.)

I don't know if undercoating is the answer, but you might want to keep an eye on it if you drive in salty conditions.

Good point Sandra. I might have to remember to keep a hose thawed out...
