Can I use wall fasteners on my T@B trailer?

I need to mount a wood rail and metal cup holder to the inside of an exterior wall and command strips won't cut it. What kind of hollow
Wall fasteners and length of screws would be best?

Here is a side view of the wall and comment from the factory:  Fiberglass - backing - block foam - backing wall paper.      We employ azdel as the backer.

To follow up on Mike's photo, here is a closeup of the walling layers.  Note that I have a 2012 T@B and they were still using thin layers of wood at the time.  That has now been changed to Azdel, which is a synthetic wood that will not rot and has become an industry standard over the last few years.

All said, they layers are about 1¼ inches thick.  I would not trust the foam core to handle any sort of weight, even with anchoring.  Anything that I have needed to solidly attach I have done so through the wood areas, such as the valences.

States the T@Bpole has camped, so far ;)
