First trip hot water question

My 2013 T@b S doesn't appear to have a ALDE system.  I see the Rheemglas tank under the sink, how do I fill it to start to have hot water?  I see a lot of posts on setting a plus/minus knob which confuses me.  My old palomino pop up and Spree RVs never needed anything special but those were gas and not electric heaters. Any help would be be appreciated as I think the units changed from year to year.

You don't have to worry about the plus/minus knob thing, what you are looking for is a quarter turn valve below the sink.  You should find it something like below:



So long as you are connected to city water or have pressure from the pump you will hear the water run into the tank when you flip this switch.

To turn the heater on, you then plug it in (you can see the plug loose in the background).  Do not plug it in unless there is water in it, as that can burn up the heating element.
