Mounting coat hook

I just bought a 2008 Dutchman T@B Q and want to add a coat hook by the door. I want to put it on the right of the door going out. Any advice on how to safely mount something on the wall? Or where the frame structure is and isn't? My new T@B seems to be in almost perfect condition and I don't want to do any damage.
Someone else must have some experience trying to do this.

For a hook that may end up with some weight on it, recommend mounting to the wood valance.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

I mounted several coat hooks on both wooden valences and they have worked great for the past 5 years. Encountered no problems.Stancil Campbell
