Solar charge controller and temperature sensor cable

Well, in the best interest of the economy, we continue to purchase items for our future Tab!  I ordered a Renogy 100 watt suitcase (without the built in charge controller) and I also ordered the Wanderer PWM controller.  Anyone out there using the Wanderer?  If so, are you using it without the optional temperature sensor?  Any problems?
