Jensen TV manual

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the owners manual for the Jensen 19" tv? My new tab came with a quick reference guide with a QR code. When I scan the QR code it says "Requested file not available". Thanks for your help.

I looked there but could not find one for the JTV19DC.

I've been all over the web and I can't find it.

Is that model number from the plate on the back of the TV? Or is the plate obscured by the mounting bracket?
2015 T@B Max S has a JE1912LED which is one of the entries at that site.
If I enter JE19 for a list of 19" models JE1914DVDC is listed at the bottom. Is that what you have?

I got the model number off the quick reference guide. Ill download the JE1914DVDC and see if that helps me out.

Thanks it looks like that Manual will work. My model number is covered by the mount and you can't see it. I connected the tv to an antenna and got several channels but no sound. What d o i have to do to get the tv speakers to work?

Figured it out. I'm no techie. The sound was turned off in the tv menu.
