No battery power after shore power

We have a 2008 T@da.

I have had a strange problem of the battery power not coming back on after I have been connected to shore power. The 30amp fuse that protects the battery seems to trip on shore power and won't trip back to allow the battery to run the lights, furnace, etc. when boondocking.

When I check with the volt meter, the battery has a good charge, but when I place the hot downstream of the fuse...nothing...until the brain in the fuse suddenly realizes it's off and then cycles back on, powering the trailer again. This is a replacement fuse, a two way 30amp that looks like the previous fuse, but the old fuse was so corroded that I could not see the amperage.

Now the running lights won't come on. Brakes and turn signals are fine.
