Size of the passenger side exterior storage access opening?

I understand new T@Bs are coming with an exterior access door to the storage area under the passenger side bench, and I think some have had the access door installed on their trailers. I'm thinking that door would make setup faster since we keep our awning, campsite sign, and a few other things we use for making camp there and we currently have to go inside and move bedding and sofa seat out of the way. 

Can someone with the access door tell my the dimensions of the access door opening? Would like to make sure the awning will fit before pursuing further.

I'm sure I've seen pics of at least a couple and hope that someone who has one will know.

photomom...  I have a 2017 cs-s  had access hatch installed when I ordered unit.. rough opening is 16x9   actually  14x7  I remember talking to marvin last year at tearstock when I had a 2015 L max  it might to difficult to  install access door... might be diff for a S model..  hope this helps..

I just installed one. I called NuCamp and they sent one out. I cannot remember how much but it was very affordable.

Were there instructions? Maybe a template? Would be very hesitant to take a saber saw to my T@B.

@Photomom I took it to our local RV repair shop and they installed it for $100. That is here in Flagstaff AZ. Not sure what another RV shop would charge.
