Size of the passenger side exterior storage access opening?

I understand new T@Bs are coming with an exterior access door to the storage area under the passenger side bench, and I think some have had the access door installed on their trailers. I'm thinking that door would make setup faster since we keep our awning, campsite sign, and a few other things we use for making camp there and we currently have to go inside and move bedding and sofa seat out of the way. 

Can someone with the access door tell my the dimensions of the access door opening? Would like to make sure the awning will fit before pursuing further.
