Anyone make & sell the exterior window curtains?

I know many have downloaded the instructions for making the exterior window curtains/awning. Does anyone make these and sell them? I am not handy at all and am interested in getting at least one for my front window done before next May. Thanks! Michele

@mickietucs, her first best attitrubute was her quality product, but she sure impressed me with keeping in touch with me and with helping in my selection of fabric and liner fabric.
