T@B Bike Rack question

Does anyone have the "Jack-It Bike Wing" bicycle rack? It looks like it attaches easily to the frame on the front, my only concern is how well bikes fit around the plastic container piece- and if you have a bike rack, which do you use?

    In the link posted above you can see my comments about it. We returned it because we didn’t like how it had to be installed over existing bolts. But others seem ok with it.
