Stitching repair for Pahaque cover

We’ve had our T@B covered by the Pahaque cover since we bought it 3+ years ago and it’s really served us well.  However I’ve had to patch/sew/reinforce the zipper a couple of times (the cover fits tightly), and I discovered this “Speedy Sticher” that works great.  It’s designed for leather, heavy canvas, etc.

    @Dalehelman, Thanks! I guess at this point, my restriction from Harbor Freight is kind of a moot point, huh? I'll just take $20.00, blinders, grab the kit & dash out the door real quick. (I better leave the credit card at home too! :rofl:)

    Hi all:  Bruce from Boulder,CO here.  I've had my T@B PahaQue cover since 2016.  It worked well until last year when the zipper blew out.  I don't know if it's from the high winds out here or just natural age.  Anyway, any tips on getting the thing fixed?  I can send pics.  I don't want to shel out ~$500 for a new one!

    @Bsindahl..what about a local seamstress...they usually have heavy duty sewing machines?

    Search for a boat or tent canvas repair shop.

    @Bsindahl, you can also try to locate a luggage repair shop. They utilize heavy duty zippers and "cordura" (luggage grade) nylon. Good luck.
