Used 2017 T@b S and recent cold snap. Newbie Concern

in Looking to purchase a trailer?
Plan on buying a beautiful 2017 Tabitha in OK. This recent cold snap has me concern. How do I know if there is damage? I believe it has been hooked to city water. Would it be okay if heat is on?

    Need more information ie. Low temps and for how long. Stored inside or outside.

    Have the owner put water while you are there, and wait a whille if water is spilling out from under and use all focet and thank.  You will know.

    What’s the best way to check the pump hose connections? And I wonder how the elbow leak at the fresh water outlet was revealed? Acknowledging there can be minor to major “froze” damage.
