Shower Pan Crack in 2016 CS-S

After all the discussion on FB I decided to inspect my shower pan, and yes, it is cracked around the upper back bolt.

I believe this is the first time we have heard about this issue on this forum.  Since there are a lot of us not on Facebook, can you give us some info and pics?

Someone else posted about a cracked 2015 shower pan.

I think the fastener was over tightened.
