Trailer jack base plate

Might be a 'duh' question. I don't have my 320s Boondock yet (about 1 1/2 weeks away!) - but as I will be storing it in the winter, wondering if anyone uses a trailer jack base plate? Think this is a better idea than leaving in the wheel, or just resting it without the wheel on a slab. Thinking I would have a base plate attached, and have it resting on a concrete paver that I have while in outside storage.
Also - what size would I need? Not sure what the diameter of the jack 'pole' is. My guess is a 2 inch? - but need confirmation from someone.

I used this one. Really like the jack foot Lighter than the wheel. It can stay on all the time and helps protect your tongue if you hit a dip in the road. You can still move the tongue around too.

I just use a piece of wood if I am not using the wheel.

Perfect! Thanks for the link! I kept pulling the wheel and thinking about this replacement as I don't generally have to reposition after uncoupling.GibW said:I used this one.
